I am an experienced tutor, and I have helped students of all ages in their science and math courses for over five years now. I earned a degree in physics at Stanford University. I have a true love for the subjects of science and math, and I strive to pass on my passion and enthusiasm for the subjects to my students. When I tutor, I like to keep my teaching style very different from the classroom experience. I don't just repeat the same information that a student likely didn't understand when their classroom teacher said it, and I instead teach in a way that I tailor to the individual student. Math courses I can tutor range from basic elementary math to calculus 3. Science-based courses I can teach include general science, astronomy, physics, and many others. I can also help students prepare for tests, such as the SAT, GRE, and graduate tests. When not tutoring, I like to practice the guitar (that I am just learning to play) and watch football (go Skins!). I also enjoy martial arts.
