My dream is to work with students and to provide love and support during the early stages of their educational journey in learning. I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and certified with TESOL. I have experience in teaching English to Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese students studying English as their second language. Additionally, I am a fluent Korean speaker and have experience teaching in South Korea, as well as 2+ years experience in working as a customer service representative at a tax office in South Korea. One of the most effective ways that I assist students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans that facilitate all learning styles. I research, locate, and incorporate a variety of resources to accommodate students via visual, audio, tactile, and kinesthetic methods. Furthermore, my goal is to foster and maintain an open, honest, communicative, and supportive learning environment, in which each student feels safe, secure, special, and appropriately challenged. I would enjoy the opportunity to meet students of different backgrounds and incorporate my diverse skills and experiences to create a valuable and effective learning environment.
