Experience

I learned Spanish in high school, obtaining a 5 on the Spanish language AP exam, and since have become fluent, after studying Spanish in college, living in Spain for two years, traveling in Spanish speaking countries and working with the Inter-American legal system. I've been teaching and tutoring Spanish since my junior year in college where I ran a program teaching Spanish to third graders. I have also tutored Spanish to young children during summer breaks from college and graduate school, as well as volunteered at a bilingual elementary school in Washington DC, my hometown. I am a human rights lawyer and have recently relocated to Washington.
